Fit Factor is a One-on-One and Small Group Personal Training studio that offers exercise programs to the older adults since 2002. We provide a judgement-free environment for both experienced and newcomers fitness enthusiasts.

We work closely with our clients to create safe and efficient workouts tailored to their goals, needs and physical abilities. How It Works:
We offer a complimentary 60 minute consultation where you will meet with one of our fitness professionals to tour our studio and discuss your goals.
We will talk for about 15 minutes to better understand your lifestyle, current nutrition habits, possible injuries, etc. Next, our fitness professional will evaluate your movements, find out your strengths, weaknesses, joint health, limitations, etc.
If you decide Fit Factor is the right fit for you and your goals, we already have a basic understanding of your fitness level and can meet you exactly where you are.
