How It Works

Everyone starts with a complimentary 60-minute consultation to tour our studio, and discuss your goals, lifestyle, nutrition habits, exercise experience, possible injuries, etc. 

Next, we go through a short workout to understand your movements, strengths, weaknesses, joint health, limitations, etc. 

If we are a match, we already have a basic understanding of your fitness level to meet you where you are and start progressing from there.

Together we decide whether Small Group or One-on-One Personal Training is best for you and guide you through the best fitness experience you will ever have!
