Indoor Small Group Personal Training

Our 45-minute Small Group programs are designed to strength your muscles and prepare them for daily tasks.  We will work on functional movements you might do at home, work or in sports.  It will rev up your metabolism for optimal fat loss and overall fitness. 

All exercises can be regressed or progressed to each participant’s  level of fitness.

Every workout is different to keep you challenged, motivated, accountable and always having fun through the process.  Space is limited to 6 to 8 people.

Beach Small Group Personal Training

Our 60- minute Small Group Beach program is similar to our indoor program.  Exercises are performed barefooted on the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. We will use different equipments such as medicine balls, bands, kettlebells, as well as your own body weight. 

All exercises can be regressed or progressed to each participant’s  level of fitness.

The best way to start your weekend!  Space is limited to 10 people.

Small Group Personal Stretching

Our Stretching program will first warm-up the body and mind by creating inner heat through slow mindful movements.  We then will ease into stretching the body through a series of specific movements that have been proven to be both physically and mentally beneficial.

The benefits of stretching are innumerous, including better flexibility and range of motion in your joints, improved blood flow, and circulation, alleviates back pain, and many more.  It also calms the mind, relieves stress, and helps our body to get rid of harmful toxins, therefore, the “work-in”.
