He moved to the United States in 2000 and two years later, Paulo founded Fit Factor Personal Training with a passion to educate clients about the importance of exercise in our daily lives, to motivate clients to become better people through fitness, and to inspire clients to live healthy lives so they can move, feel and look their best.

Paulo is the author of the book “Stay Strong, Live Long – A Practical Guide to Functional Aging Training”. His book is about the importance of exercise to support the things we need, love and want to do for the rest of our lives.

Paulo's Philosophy:

“Fitness is not about the perfect body or trying to bring back who you were “back in the day”. Instead, fitness can meet you where you are today and enrich the rest of your life.”
“Exercise should support the things we are really passionate about doing for the rest of our lives”. Paulo is the author of the book “Stay Strong, Live Long – A Practical Guide to Functional Aging Training”. Through his book you will discover that our training programs are fun, challenging, and motivating so you can live your life with less pain, more energy, strength and passion.
