Cesar grew up in the Republic of Panama. From a very young age, sports have been his passion. He started his exercise and fitness journey in late 2005, coming to the United States to pursue his athletic dream from a different perspective, enriching people’s lives as a Personal Trainer.
Cesar is trained in the following aspects: Functional Training and conditioning for special population and recreational/professional athletes such as Soccer, Lacrosse, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, and others.
